Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Causley Productions wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We will work with you to resolve any problems you have with our products and services.

Sorry,  no cash refunds.
 
Credit card purchases will be credited back to the card account.  All other returns will be for exchange only.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email mary@causleys.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. 
2. Returns without a tracking # will be refused.
3. Mail your returned item to:

4. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective or "not produced as agreed" when the customer approved the order (all custom orders require customer approval on the art, layout, and materials before production begins).   Claims for defective or "not produced as agreed" items must be made within one week of delivery.  Custom items will be exchanged for the exact same item.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund if you paid by credit card. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
